Living on Milton Street was wonderful. Charming apartment, on a street with friendly neighbors and historic homes, all within walking distance to OTR and Downtown. I loved being able to see the city skyline and Music Hall from our apartment and have beautiful Milton Street Park just across the street. The apartment maintenance staff is wonderful,  friendly and quick to respond to your concerns or needs.

I loved my time at 337 Milton. My apartment was great and had all the amenities I was looking for. The location, while only steps away from the city, has an incredible neighborhood feel paired with the added perk of spectacular skyline views. I really enjoyed the sense of community the building has, facilitated by the awesome shared balconies connecting each of the five units. After moving in, I quickly became great friends with my neighbors and it didn’t take long to realize that I had moved into the perfect place. Mike was an incredible property manager. He always went above and beyond to be helpful and Gerry, the landlord, was super easy to work with and very accommodating. If I ever move back to Cincinnati, I’ll be moving back to 337 Milton.

Hey Gerry,

Just wanted to say thanks owning such a cool building in an awesome area that we could enjoy.We both loved living there very much – it was a bittersweet good-bye. Thanks also for being a great landlord and I wish you the best in the future. It was nice to meet you even though it was for a short while.
